My name is Zaida Rahman, a graduate of Jamea Al-Kauthar Islamic Boarding School, where I completed the Ālimah programme, equivalent to a Master’s in Islamic Theology and Jurisprudence.
From a young age, I have been passionate about seeking sacred knowledge and using it to benefit others. Through my years of study, I have gained a strong foundation in Islamic Sciences and developed skills in teaching, communication, and public speaking.
At Jamea, I was regularly chosen to deliver bayāns and lectures, and I was humbled by the opportunity to present my personal statement in front of more than 800 people at our annual Jalsa. These experiences strengthened my confidence, deepened my love for sharing Islamic knowledge, and allowed me to refine my presentation skills.
I am eager to dedicate my time and efforts to serving the Ummah, inspiring others to connect with the dīn, and helping students strengthen their relationship with Allah ﷻ through knowledge, reflection, and practice.
